         Larry and Sara Craig founded Millennium Properties and Construction, LLC January of 2017. Larry has 20+ years of experience in the commercial and residential construction. He started working for his father out of high school who owned a general contracting construction company. Larry has completed a wide range of projects from small residential repairs to building a 60,000 square foot commercial building. He has many years of experience with hotel and multi-family projects totaling 1000's of hotel rooms and apartment units. He has also completed hundreds of residential projects ranging from full interior and exterior renovations as well as bathroom/kitchen remodels and additions.
